The Space:
Enter the apartment into a hallway that leads to a galley-style kitchen with tiled flooring, a 2-burner electric hotplate, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and a medium-sized fridge. The kitchen then flows through to the living /dining area, featuring stylish herringboned floor boards, ducted reverse-cycle aircon and plantation shutters to control the light flow. A table folds up from the wall and can be used as a table for 2 people or a work station, while the coffee table also folds up to be used for working or dining while watching the large ‘Smart ‘ TV. The sofa can be converted into a bed, bringing the sleeping capacity of the apartment to 4 people if needed.
You’ll find the bedroom off the entrance with more herringboned floorboards, a queen sized bed, wall-mounted TV, and large wardrobe. The apartment’s bathroom comes with a large shower recess, stylish tiling and a combined washing machine/dryer.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD (Downtown), you’re in the perfect location, walking distance to the best the city has to offer. Shop to your heart’s content in Queen Street Mall, 5 minutes stroll away, or picnic in the Botanic Gardens, just 10 minutes on foot. You can walk across the Brisbane River to the city’s Cultural Centre, the Queensland Performing Arts Centre and the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, all under 20 minutes away. Suncorp Stadium and Street Beach are 25 minutes away on foot. Catch the ferry to Kangaroo Point for a beautiful sunset stroll, train to Fortitude Valley for upmarket cafes and boutique shopping or jump on the bus to West End for Brisbane’s best nightlife.
Getting Around:
This is an ideal location for public transport with Brisbane’s Central Railway Station just across the road. Bus and ferry services are also close at hand.

* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
