With over 3,200 square feet of living space, it’s the ideal home for family vacations and get-togethers.
This one-of-a-kind property has NO steps to gain access on all floors nor steps in the interior of the home, making it perfect for small children and the elderly who want to come and relax down at the shore. To secure your vacation, we require a signed short term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven business days of receipt. We will email you a short-term rental agreement for you to review and sign. You will then return the signed agreement to us along with the first of two payments. The first payment includes 50% of both weekly rental rate and 50% of the deposit ($500 security deposit which will be returned to you within 7 business days of your checkout). The second and final payment, which is the remaining balance, is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.
To reserve your week, we will need the following information in order to email you a short-term rental agreement:

* Home & Cell phone #'s
* List of all occupants that will be staying in beach house
NO Senior Week Groups. Our home is Smoke Free, and we don’t allow pets. All rentals are by the week (no weekend rental) from Saturday to Saturday. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new, and very modern beach house. The handicap friendly features elevator that reaches all levels with no steps inside the unit. We provide pillows and blankets only. Please remember to bring bath/beach towels and sheets.
