Guest Access:
✹ GENERAL: Your whole group can enjoy private access to the entire condo.
✹ PARKING: Free parking is available underground with one assigned parking space. Additional street parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free wifi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the 2nd bedroom.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n Play and some family-friendly board games and toys.
✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: Enjoy free access to the Blackstone community amenities, including a clubhouse, a heated pool, a spa, and a fitness center.
✹ TRANSPORTATION: There are free on-demand shuttles to Canyons Village in the winter. A short walk to the bus stop takes you to Park City in free electric buses all year long.
✹ PETS: Pets are not allowed. We love your furry friends but cannot accommodate them.

Upon arrival, If you identify concerns or issues, contact PMI Park City immediately using the contact information provided in your check-in email or the welcome book. For after-hours communication, leave a message, and we will strive to promptly return your call. Refunds or considerations are only possible if problems are reported during your stay, and are not gaurenteed.
CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.
INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.
Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.
