A beautiful and cozy balcony with a plunging view of Lake Wakatipu.

While the climb to the studio is worth it, the reward is great as the view of QueenStone Bay is magnificent. The studio is generally clean, modern and comfortable. There is an efficient Weber grill and everything you need to cook even though the kitchen area is very small. The bed is comfortable but the lighting on the nightstand is a bit limited. There is a decent wifi and a TV with Netflix and…. an AppleTV module: nice! Overall: a nice studio!

Great location. Wonderful view in peaceful surroundings

Lovely space with everything you need. Far enough away from the centre to enjoy peace and near enough to enjoy everythung the town and the area has to offer. Very well thought out accommodation with great modern feel.

Modbox Tahi is a brand new, well appointed studio, on top of a hill with sensational views of the lake and mountains. Great location close to Queenstown restaurants and attractions and big shopping centre at Frankton. Recommend this highly for couples or singles travelling by car.

An amazing couples getaway!

We had an amazingly relaxing stay at Modbox Tahi. Its a very cute, brand new little studio with everything you could need for a few days getaway. We arrived to chocolates and wine, which was a lovely welcoming touch. The space is well set out, it comes with access to Netflix and wifi, the bed is super plush and luxurious, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! The studio is about 5-10mins drive from the centre of Queenstown and there is also a lakeside path that you can walk (it was too wet for us). It's also about 15mins from Arrowtown and several great wineries. Everything is right there on the doorstep! We had a fantastic time and would definitely return!

Amazing view of the lake!

The view of the lake from the property is absolutely stunning! The property was very clean and well-maintained. Vicky was responsive and gave clear cut instructions for check-in, check-out and directions to the property address. Overall, my experience staying at this property is 5-star!

Stunning View

Loved our 5 night stay here! Everything we needed including a full sized fridge. Bed was comfy, linen was nice & towels were fluffy. Great location, short drive into Queenstown. Got to watch the planes fly in and out but noise wasn’t an issue. The view is surreal & we loved waking up to it each day. We would stay again.

Fantastic view

We had a lovely time at Vicky’s apartment, it’s a very cosy unit perfect for the 2 of us with plenty of heating for the cold winter nights The view of the lake and snow covered mountains from the front window was so good, perfect way start the day with a morning coffee. Nice quiet location away from the busy Main Street heading into Queenstown, but still only a short drive from town.

Amazing space near Queenstown

One of the most stunning views and spaces we have stayed in. If you have a car I would highly recommend this accommodation as it is 4kms from Queenstown centre. All amenities great and very comfortable bedding

Only item that was not great was the walkway leading from driveway up to the apartment - had been overgrown with plants and weeds that had to be brushed by walking up stairs - problematic with luggage. Otherwise, a perfect property for us --- three nite stay. Management company over the top helpful.
