We stayed over the holidays and didn't travel around, so can't comment on the location's convenience. The kids loved the pool table, and the house itself is very comfortable and modern. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. However, there were a few issues with cleanliness—water bottles and Kleenex left under the bed from the previous guests, and the coffee maker was not cleaned, with mold present. Additionally, the tips of the pool cues were all missing.

Lovely, Quiet and Perfect for a Family
My husband and I came to visit aging parents and needed to be close to where they are being cared for and a place for quiet to ourselves when finished visiting busy family and friends. This house was lovely, clean, warm and had everything we needed. It was way too big for just the two of us, but we would come here again because it was and remains perfect for a home away from home. Shopping for groceries was very close and easy. Sam - thank you!

great space
The place was clean and perfect size for what we needed. The remote did not work but it was relaced right away. Response time for any questions were quick. Barbecue would have been good as it was hot when we were there. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks Sam the space.

BOHO style in Edmonton
House is in a new subdivision under construction so outside yard space (including deck) was not completed yet. The house was very clean when we checked in and was very well equipped with everything we needed in kitchen. We had lots of space for 6 adults and 2 infants and appreciated having a crib, high chair and some additional toys for infants. Any messages sent to Sam were answered within 30 minutes, overall a very good stay. Thanks Sam

We rented for a wedding. Lots of amenities but most notably, great kurig coffee machine with a stock of coffee, so we didn't have to go out and purchase. New area so no concerns with security. Would rent again

Great Central Province Getaway
We rented this Vrbo as a meeting point for family from around the province. The house was very clean and comfortable. The four bedrooms all with beds made it a great space for our meeting point and accommodating everyone! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to stay in and cook meals. The location was within walking distance of a lovely local pub (The Thirsty Rhino) and a quick drive to Sobeys. When I’m Edmonton we would definitely rent this property again.
