The Space:
This home allows you to simply kick back in whatever way appeals best to you. As you enter the home, you will find a bright living area to your right fitted with a comfortable five-seater couch that is perfectly positioned for the best view of the large TV. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch that extends out from this living space and features seating for two. To the left of the living space is the dining room which features an extremely spacious dining table that can seat up to eight guests. The dining table is adjacent to the open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped and stocked with an abundance of utensils and appliances. The open-plan design of the kitchen blends the division between cooking and entertaining to create a communal space. The serving window conveniently connects the kitchen to the outdoors, making entertaining and cooking for family and friends that little bit easier. Upstairs you will find the three well-designed bedrooms furnished to perfection.
The master bedroom is air conditioned and features a queen sized bed, walk in wardrobe, a TV, an ensuite and a charming balcony that overlooks the pool area below. The luxurious ensuite is complete with wooden detailing and a spacious shower and bathtub. The second bedroom consists of two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom which is air conditioned, features a comfortable queen bed and built-in wardrobe. Outdoors you will find a deck, made for entertaining with its outdoor TV, barstools and table, and outdoor setting overlooking the sparkling pool, mini golf course and fire pit. Watching the kids explore the backyard has never been easier than from the deck of this home with a drink in hand. The second bathroom is located outside, head down the steps of the deck to find a bathroom fit with a toilet and shower. Check out the quirky pool bar complete with yet another outdoor TV, posters and décor, a dart board, and barstools. Just next to the bar is a large BBQ and another outdoor lounge setting with space for eight people to unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Whether you decide to make a splash in the pool or practice your putting on the mini-golf course, this home caters for absolutely everyone at the exact same time with its variety of fun-filled activities, each of which are just meters away from one another.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park in the driveway. The driveway has space for three parked cars and there is an abundance of free street parking. The garage is locked and not available for guest use.

Go for a coffee at one of the trendy cafes or indulge in some retail therapy at the shops along Bulcock Street (5 min drive). Explore and enjoy the rock pools, parks and the child friendly water fountain at Kings Beach or simply stroll along the beachside boardwalk & enjoy the calm waters of Bulcock Beach.
Getting Around:
The closest beach (Kings Beach) is 1.5km away (5-minute drive) and is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing, swimming or paddle boarding. The home is central to lots of activities and attractions:
Maroochydore airport is a 25-minute drive
- Brisbane airport is a 65-minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 30-minute drive
- Kawana Shopping World & Cinema is a 15-minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 10-minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 15-minute drive
- Downtown Caloundra is a 5-minute drive
A 30-minute car trip will take you to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, or Noosa National Park; the Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
