I stayed here with close friends for my 40th. It was a great house with plenty of space to come together and catch up and make new memories together. Great location to enjoy nature.
Great view from balcony, lovely airy home with plenty of space. Short walk to beach, quite location. Certainly recommend. Hosts responsive and easy to communicate with.
We had a great time with our 3-family group in this house. It is quite large and had good sleeping arrangements for our group of 14. The home is very close to the beach and we all had a great time during our xmas break.
All 8 of us were very happy with our stay.
Place clean on arrival.
Has all the cookware and dinnerware we needed.
Walking distance to the beach.
Great hosts.
Highly recommend.
Beautifully presented house that was great for families. Fantastic views and perfect location for a walk to the beach, and exploring the prom. Great quiet area to get away from it. Has all you need in terms of amenity. Highly recommend.
Ideal and very comfortable place to stay for larger groups in very scenic Waratah Bay. House was clean, spacious and had everything that was required. Anything that wasn't was very clearly communicated to us by the host.
Only downside is that the location is so secluded that the closest place to eat is either Fish Creek or Forster so means dinner out is always a drive. It was good that the host advised us of all options prior to arriving so there were no surprises.
The property was clean and spacious, it had everything we needed for our short trip. We really enjoyed the upstairs area where we could see the cows on the fields and the ocean behind it.
We went away as an immediate family as part of my wife and my 50th Wedding celebrations. The house and location was excellent and we had a great time. Would highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay. The place is clean, has beautiful view from upstairs and is in good location. It's in a quiet neighbourhood but you can also walk to the beach. The host was quick to respond. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.
The home was accommodating for our guests of all age ranges, clean, lots of games and books for the kids. Views were fantastic.
Only issue was we ran out of hot water as we had a large group but the host was fine with communication regarding the issue.
Our extended family group (6 adults and 4 children) enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Waratah over Christmas 2022. We found the house spacious and comfortable for a group this size with all the features needed for a hassle free stay.
Our stay at the Luxury Waratah Bay Beach House was incredible! The location is stunning, providing a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle. The house itself is a blend of modern luxury and coastal charm, offering breathtaking views.
The spacious interiors and well-designed living spaces made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Being able to enjoy these moments with friends and family in such an exclusive setting was a highlight.
The amenities were top-notch, and the proximity to Waratah Bay Beach added to the overall convenience. In short, a highly recommended retreat for those seeking a luxurious and memorable coastal escape.
Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the flexibility of the rooms, with lots of options for bed configurations.
We stayed with family comprising of 4 kids and 4 adults. Plenty of space for everyone. The rumpus room downstairs was a great extra space.
Upstairs has lovely views over the paddocks to the ocean.
Short walk to the playground and beach.
Will be back again :)
A spacious home offering plenty of natural light, a very well-equipped kitchen (perfect for hosting lots of people!), good variety of bedding options, beautiful view and seats aplenty.
Perfect short walk to the beach and playground, in a very quiet location.
Do remember to pack all food & drink with you as there is nothing close by to ‘top up’ with.
We were 4 families who stayed on a very wet weekend and at no point did it feel like we were all on top of each other… A beautiful country escape!
We stayed over the long weekend with two other families and really enjoyed our stay. House is spacious, lots of bed options, lots of books and games for everyone. Kitchen is big, beautiful views from the lounge room. Just few things that could have been there for a smooth stay but were missing. The plates, cutlery, pans and pots in the kitchen were dirty, had food scraps, greese on them so we had to wash them before using. We were given only 2 dishwasher tablets so had to buy few ourselves to use the dishwasher during our stay. There was no paper towels or tissues in the kitchen. There was no hand washing soap in the house. The main bedroom upstairs has no blinds or curtains. With the full wall size big window and no curtain, it was hard to fall asleep because of lot of moon light. It would have been good if we these missing things were available in the house or we knew that these items to be brought with us.
