Overall very pleased with stay. Just a couple of thinks to think about, Having better quality towels. The ones given were old. MAttress needs to be updated I would say.

Great location! Beautiful Villa

Beautiful, perfect size villa, within a short walk to everything! Lovely quiet street! A shame as a few things let our stay down: 1. A fan on the woodheater would have made a huge difference to the villa warming up past the lounge area. We felt bad having to use some much wood to keep us warm. 2. The walls on the bathroom do not go to the ceiling so there is a privacy issue when using the toilet (noises and smells). 3. The bathroom did not warm up with the small heater provided. 4. A small toaster oven would have been appreciated as an alternative to the microwave for warming up/cooking. 5. The reverse cycle seems to have an issue with the thermostat as we had to set it to a high temperature to keep it working when we weren't using the woodfire. 6. The mattress was noisy. Everytime someone turned over in bed, the other person was woken up. 7. The couch is not practical for sitting on for any length of time - we found it uncomfortable.

Perfect accommodation.

I booked this accommodation for my parents as a Christmas present. They had the best time in Amanda’s property and couldn’t recommend it more. The villa was so homey and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway

We arrived to find our villa was warm & cosy but couldn't resist lighting the wood fire. The Villa had everything we needed. We enjoyed a very relaxing getaway. The bed was so comfy it was difficult to get up and going each day to explore Beechworth and its surroundings. We will be back. Thanks Amanda.

Nice But Not Functional

The accommodation looked lovely, was comfortable and in a reasonable location with a short walk to the city centre. Unfortunately, the functionality was not great: - The wood heater was without a fan, which required us to also use the reverse cycle heater. - The kitchen did not have the capacity to properly heat a pie from the Beechworth Bakery - The wall surrounding the bathroom was not to the ceiling, and more of a partition, so you could hear sounds that are preferred to be kept more private - The bathroom mirror was position in an unusable location

Gorgeous quaint getaway

My daughter organised a getaway for myself and my wife for a Father’s Day gift. Beechworth has so many things to do and see. Throughly enjoyed the accomodation and facilities. We enjoyed their hospitality and friendliness. My daughter said that the communication and ease of booking was fantastic and made the process easy and trouble free. Highly recommend this property

Beautiful villa, close to town

Stayed at the villa for 3 nights. Beautiful little villa, very quiet and cozy. Didn’t need to use the car at all as the villa is short stroll into the centre of town. Check in process was simple and Amanda was only a text away if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m back in Beechworth .

Beautiful country town. So much to do and see. Great places to eat and drink.

Probably hottest weekend for the year and we had to sleep with all the windows open and the fan on as the air-conditioning unit did not work.

Wonderful little oasis

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Villa in Beechworth. The accommodation was quiet, restful and had everything I needed. Little touches of Tuscan luxury made it feel extra special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a cosy little getaway in Beechworth

Lovely villa

Amanda loves to spend as much time in the mountains as possible. Beechworth offers her great hiking, mountain biking and skiing in the winter. Travelling and discovering different places and cultures is also an important part of the year. Amanda loves her garden and spends any free moments pottering in it.
She also works part time as a Kinesiologist.
