Introducing Kalura, a home nestled in the beautiful town of Katoomba, N S W. This beautifully furnished house offers a tranquil retreat for up to 8 guests, making it perfect for family vacations or a friends' getaway.

Kalura features three meticulously designed bedrooms equipped with cosy linens and wardrobes. Further enhancing your stay, two full bathrooms are available, one featuring a rejuvenating bath tub and another with a shower over the bath, providing ample space for all guests.

The heart of this holiday home is the combined kitchen - dining - lounge area, where mouth-watering meals can be prepared with provided cooking basics and modern appliances like cook top and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All cutlery and dishes are included, relieving you from the everyday chores. Adjacent is the spacious living area, enhanced with a fireplace and a 40" T V, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

The rear family room opens to a lush courtyard with B B Q facilities and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the fresh mountains air over with your favourite cold drink and enjoy the tranquility and relaxation. The garage has been transformed into a games room, great for keeping the kids amused during wet weather.

Our property is conveniently located in a region that offers a good mobile phone coverage, ample street parking, and two dedicated on-site parking spaces. Despite the tranquil setting, Kalura sits in proximity to the bustling heart of Katoomba, unlocking access to local attractions and experiences at your leisure.

The front house has both a slow combustion wood fire and gas fireplace in the living rooms and ducted reverse cycle heating. A split system air conditioning in the cottage and a gas heater.

Studio - the Studio is not included with this booking however if you require the Studio, please let us know and we will make the adjustment to the booking to include Kalura House & Studio.

The bed and bathroom configuration for the Studio is:

Bedroom 4 - 2 Single beds - Singles cannot be converted to king bed
Lounge - 1 x Queen bed
Bathroom with Shower & Toilet

Please note the tariff is based on 6 guests. If you have more than 6 staying, please enter the correct number to get the correct tariff. Maximum 8 guests.

All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff, and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.

All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bathmats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.

Long to mid-term stays are also permissible.
