The Gulf Pines neighborhood is tucked away from the crowds and noise of many neighborhoods. The beach access is private and uncrowded. It is the way many of us remember the beach 25 to 30 years ago. When you are not at the beach, you will most likely be in the back yard around or in the oversized 18 x 35-foot pool featuring a built-in overflow spa and swim-up tanning ledge. LIVING ROOM: This very spacious living room is also part of the open concept floor plan. It has several conversational pieces as well as comfortable couches. There are large glass sliding doors that give you a full view of the wonderful resort style backyard.
