A large entertainers kitchen with butlers pantry, opening onto the living area and large breakfast bar .
Views to Mt Manaia from the kitchen, breakfast bar and family area.
The formal dining and lounge open to a covered outside entertaining area with BBQ informal dining and seating for those lasting summer evenings.
The main bedroom opening to its own patio, offers easy wheelchair access to the bedroom, walk in wardrobe and ensuite.
The other two rooms are separated by a hallway with its own large bathroom with full bath and separate toilet with handbasin.
The internal garage offers a full laundry set up.
The outside shower offers a washdown from those lazy days in the boat or on the beach.
