As a resident of BC for 50+ years, I couldn't be more proud to call this place home. My academic background ranges from zoology, business, and medicine. I have been a practicing physician in the Greater Vancouver Area for over 40 years.

Why they chose this property
Being avid outdoors enthusiasts and nature lovers, our family has created many delightful memories over the years by enjoying the simple (but best!) things in life. Good company, great meals, and quality time outside to rejuvenate. In the West Coast lifestyle, summer days were spent fishing and swimming off the dock. Stormy days were enjoyed while reading by the fireplace or playing games. I hope you will find the home unpretentious, warm and intimate, just as our family does. We hope that you too, can make happy memories with loved ones and good friends. Myself and my team are thrilled to welcome you into our special Belcarra home.
What makes this property unique
We have a great respect for nature and our beautiful surroundings. We value an environmentalist and essentialist approach, and as such, prefer to repair and protect where possible, before replacing. 'If it ain't broke...'. As such you will find many of the finishings in this 1970s home to be well-cared for and original. Our focus is function over form, and so while some might consider some fixtures as 'dated', we see them as 'original'. Many of the kitchen appliances have been replaced.
