This contemporary one bedroom apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the stunning "The Face" building. Located 6km from the city center, St Kilda is Melbourne’s seaside playground and is much-loved by residents and visitors alike. St Kilda is renowned for its expansive view of Port Phillip Bay, sandy beaches, palm-lined boardwalk, huge range of beach activities, big skies, gorgeous sunsets, lovely parks and gardens, great restaurants, bars and cafés, fabulous old buildings, and its colorful past and present.

Feel at home with a TV, split system heating/cooling. A fully equipped timber veneer kitchen with Caesar stone bench tops and outfitted with Miele appliances with all cooking utensils and crockery provided. Bedroom with very comfortable queen size bed. It has a sparkling tiled bathroom with European laundry. Secure video-com entry, lift access and secure basement parking if required.

The apartment includes: television, linen, laundry,
washing machine, towels supplied, clothes dryer, cooking facilities, iron and ironing board, microwave, dishwasher, air conditioning and heating.

Car Parking:
Secure onsite parking is available (for small to mid-sized cars) at $20/night. This is paid via EFT prior to arrival. Should you require parking please let us know in advance. Please ask us about alternate options for SUVs or larger.

Please make contact if you would like to extend. Extensions are more than welcome, however just be mindful to give us 24 hours notice to avoid an additional cleaning fee of $50
