Spacious three bedroom , two bathroom , Electric Vehicle Charger (Type 2 - 32 amps 6 to 8 hour free charge), solar powered, fully air conditioned and single level, pet friendly home located in the peaceful beachside town of Boat Harbour. Only 2 Minutes drive to Boat Harbour Beach, Kingsley Beach or surf patrolled One Mile Beach.
Single level holiday house, with reverse cycle ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans to all main rooms and bedrooms. It has NBN WiFi (50mbps) access and is pet friendly (small dogs only).Two large 65inch Sony TV's streaming Prime, Disney and Netflix. Linen and bath towels are provided with all beds being made up prior to your arrival. BYO beach towels.
Offering a comfortable carpeted formal lounge room with large 65 inch TV and DVD, plus a study area with desk and lounge and many board games and books for both the adults and the kids!. Bedroom one and two both have queen sized beds, bedroom two has a private ensuite with shower. The main three way bathroom has a corner bath and shower. Tiled open plan kitchen, dining and family room with a second living area with a 65 inch TV - perfect for the kids. Porta cot (bring own linen) and highchair are provided for guest use.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a Smeg wall oven, a ceramic Bosch stove top, Miele dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, filtered water tap and a granite look breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen overlooks the main living area and back entertainment area as well as has sliding door access to the carpeted formal lounge room area.
The private, paved undercover entertainment area has an outdoor 6 person dining setting, with new (Dec 2022) Beefeater stainless steel gas BBQ. The internal laundry, positioned off the main living area comes with a top loading washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities plus back door access to the rear clothes line. Also the laundry cupboard is full of beach games and a picnic basket and rug!
Other features of this property include a double lock-up garage with Table Tennis facilities and patio access plus driveway parking for 2 vehicles or your boat trailer. More parking on the front lawn. 16 solar panels and solar HWS adorn the roof. There is a second seating area in the garden at the top of the property which has been named The Crows Nest.
