Amazing ocean views from this architecturally designed luxurious home with stunning features such as polished concrete heated floors and floor to ceiling glass picture windows framing the spectacular view of both sides of Boat Harbour headland.
The Mainsail’s huge floor to ceiling windows make you feel like you are floating over the beautiful headland.
The Mainsail is located in a private residential estate that has direct beach access with a private beach gate located at the end of the cul de sac to Boat Harbour beach.
At the center of the property, you will find your private plunge pool with open roof capturing the sun.
This incredible home feels like your private hidden oasis in paradise.

All 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main plus ensuite), spacious living, dining & kitchen with butlers walk in, outdoor deck and Webber BBQ.

Downstairs
Internal private plunge pool, entertaining area, bathroom, laundry, extra-large garage with games area & outdoor patio with ocean views.

Watch the whales & yacht's pass by from all aspects of the living, sleeping and outdoor areas.

In addition, the street has its own private beach access to secluded Boat Harbour beach.

**the home is listed as having air conditioning as there is no option to list under floor heating and cooling- To be clear the home does not have air-conditioning; however, it does have a floor system that heats and cools. The home has a beautiful ambient temperature, that is adjusted according to the season for your comfort**

The responsible renter MUST be 25 years of age or over and anyone under 25 MUST be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. ID may be requested.
No loud late noise after 10pm
and the house MUST be looked after and left tidy.
Failure to adhere to our terms and house rules will result in large fees.

This property is managed locally with the manager living a few streets away, the manager will be available should you have any questions during your stay.
Please contact Jaymie if you would like to arrange any special deliveries for your stay. (Flowers, platters etc.)

Our desire is to make you & your family feel welcome in our family home.
We have built this home by the water to raise our children in & have a Coastal Lifestyle. We love walking to the beach for a swim & coming back to swim in the internal private pool. Built by Joel himself & interior design by Kellee. It truly has been built with a lot of love. Making the decision to open our home up to Guests means we get to share our wonderful home with you.

This property has all the luxury feels, underfloor heating, large spacious kitchen, ocean views from living, kitchen, dining, 2 out of the 3 bedrooms & the outdoor deck area, with outdoor lounge & BBQ. Our guests love the beach access, close proximity to water & the magical views.

What makes this property unique

Guests love the electric blackout blinds giving you a restful nights sleep. The garage has lots of great family games, ping pong table & spin bike.
