This private two-bedroom condo with coastal flair features a 1390 square foot open floor plan plus balcony. When you walk through the front door, you’ll notice the unit is beautifully furnished throughout. The spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you will need to prepare full-course meals during your stay. The kitchen also features a coffee bar vanity. The inviting dining and living areas offer comfortable seating for the entire family and a 65-inch smart TV. The private balcony is accessed via the living area so you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the intercoastal waterway.

The Main Bedroom offers a king size bed, 55-inch smart TV, a desk overlooking the water, a walk-in closet, and private balcony access. Attached is a full bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed as well as a twin size, triple bunk bed and a smart TV. There is a second full bathroom just across the hall with a tub/shower combo. All beds have memory foam mattresses.

Outside the garage has plenty of room for all the toys and a full-size car or truck. There is also a parking spot in front of the garage along with some additional guest parking by the pool. The fishing dock and kayak launch are just a few steps away where you can enjoy watching dolphins, manatee, and all sorts of wildlife.

We know the main attraction here are the calm clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico and its sugar-white shores where you can swim, sunbathe, beachcomb, and relax as you please. Indian Shores is a quiet and quaint beach community with no high-rise condos offering the least-crowded beaches along the Gulf. Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of incredible restaurants and cool hangouts such as Caddy's, DJ’s Clam Shack, Mahuffers, The Dog & Parrot Beach Pub, and more! Right next door is a convenience store and the famous Lu Lu’s Ice Cream & Candy Shop. If you venture out, you will find John’s Pass Village just a few miles to the South which is filled with shopping, water activities and entertainment for all. For a thrilling experience visit Busch Gardens in Tampa, approximately an hour drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in just 2 hours.
