This private two-bedroom condo with coastal flair features a 1390 square foot open floor plan plus balcony. When you walk through the front door, you’ll notice the unit is beautifully furnished throughout. The spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you will need to prepare full-course meals during your stay. The kitchen also features a coffee bar vanity. The inviting dining and living areas offer comfortable seating for the entire family and a 65-inch smart TV. The private balcony is accessed via the living area so you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the intercoastal waterway.

The Main Bedroom offers a king size bed, 55-inch smart TV, a desk overlooking the water, a walk-in closet, and private balcony access. Attached is a full bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed as well as a twin size, triple bunk bed and a smart TV. There is a second full bathroom just across the hall with a tub/shower combo. All beds have memory foam mattresses.

Outside the garage has plenty of room for all the toys and a full-size car or truck. There is also a parking spot in front of the garage along with some additional guest parking by the pool. The fishing dock and kayak launch are just a few steps away where you can enjoy watching dolphins, manatee, and all sorts of wildlife.

We know the main attraction here are the calm clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico and its sugar-white shores where you can swim, sunbathe, beachcomb, and relax as you please. Indian Shores is a quiet and quaint beach community with no high-rise condos offering the least-crowded beaches along the Gulf. Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of incredible restaurants and cool hangouts such as Caddy's, DJ’s Clam Shack, Mahuffers, The Dog & Parrot Beach Pub, and more! Right next door is a convenience store and the famous Lu Lu’s Ice Cream & Candy Shop. If you venture out, you will find John’s Pass Village just a few miles to the South which is filled with shopping, water activities and entertainment for all. We knew the location, first time staying at the Mariner’s Pointe. The building is old and cheaply built. The walls are thin, poorly insulated. Forget about any rest if someone is staying above you. You can hear walking, chairs scraping, patio doors rolling open and even talking! We had people above us the entire time, two different sets of renters one worse than the other. Our feet were filthy and found out it was from the floor in the apartment. Very happy they had a Shark steam mop, we used it and after that didn’t have any issues with our feet and socks getting black. Then there were the cockroaches, found a new one just about everyday, one crawled in my makeup bag! 6 total! I have not had issues in other rental units. Lastly the beds were super uncomfortable, hard and squeaky with rough sheets. Other than that we enjoyed the place, the bikes were fun, but only 2 of them. The look of the Condo is pretty, but not relaxing.

We arrived a little early and were allowed to enter the property at that time! We were exhausted from a long day travel so it was helpful to be able to get it and relax. I loved the email on day 2 of just checking in on us to make sure we were satisfied with the property and the condo was perfect!

We had a wonderful time at this rental. All the extra beach items were fantastic and really added to our trip. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great location too. We highly recommend it.

Great Vacay!

It was a great rental with all the supplies for the beach readily available. Lots of options within walking and driving distance. This area seems to be a hidden gem not too crowded.

Great Place!

This place was perfect for our family of four. Lots of space, two full baths, nicely decorated, very clean, large garage stocked with a grill and beach/water items. Location was perfect - 5 min walk to the beach and far enough away from the crowds and hustle of Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach, but still did not feel isolated. Nice deck in the back overlooking the water (Narrows, not the Gulf) where you can look for dolphins or fish. Not many negatives here, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome vacation!

The condo was clean, well furnished and has a beautiful view of the intracoastal waterway. The weather was perfect! We did not have our early access code when we arrived, but we called the after hours number and were able to access the condo early as promised. One hiccup of the week was the water was shut off temporarily without warning. Since we had a formal event to attend in Tampa, the repairs were quickly made and the water was turned back on in time for us to make our event. It's a short walk to the beach and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo on the water

Absolutely loved this place! Was able to sit on the balcony every day and watch all the wild life (dolphin, manatee, sting Ray and tons of diff birds) The condo it’s self was gorgeous, we loved all the amenities provided such as Grill, floaties, finishing poles, beach umbrella, chairs and beach cart. We def recommend this home and will be back to stay again in the future ❤️

What a great stay

Kayaks were great on the beach and canal, grill was handy to make a steak, beach stuff was very useful! Bikes were great to explore the neighborhood. We saw dolphins from the balcony. Mariner’s 701

It is a lovely property with a great view. Close to the beach with a garage full of toys and beach supplies. Had trouble with the key pad - property management helped us solve that. Hopefully before our next stay that key pad will be replaced. All in all a great place to stay.

Rest and relaxing

The property was fantastic. No issues. Balcony was great for watching boats and dolphins. Fishing off the dock while unsuccessful was a lot of fun. Hopefully we can go back again next year.

Great location!

The condo was lovely and well stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. We saw orcas and dolphins playing in the water. It was a short walk to the beach and everything we needed was provided in the garage. We grilled two times during our stay and really appreciated that the propane was already there. My granddaughter enjoyed LuLu's ice cream right next door. She also enjoyed the beautiful pool. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
