Other Things to Note:
Pool Heat: We are delighted to offer complimentary pool heat, although the temperature may vary based on ambient weather conditions. Please be aware that our electric heat pump operates less efficiently when temperatures drop below 45 degrees, which is more likely to occur in Arizona between December and February. In these rare instances, we are happy to share the cost of Resort Passes, granting you access to pools at nearby resorts.
Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.
Party & Event Policy: While this property is ideal for entertaining, we strictly enforce a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Cave Creek prioritizes peaceful neighborhoods and takes noise disturbances seriously, imposing fines and potentially removing our listing from various platforms. Our neighbors are wonderful, and we kindly request your respect for quiet hours.
NoiseAware Monitoring System: To ensure harmonious surroundings, we have installed a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system. It monitors noise levels (measured in decibels) inside and outside the home to uphold a peaceful environment. Please note that it does not record sounds or conversations, solely focusing on noise levels.
Exterior Security Camera: For everyone's safety and security, an exterior camera overlooks the driveway. Additionally, a Ring doorbell is installed at the front door, serving as a means to monitor real occupancy and address emergency or disturbance situations promptly.
