This attractive 3-bedroom 2 bath 1 level home is located in the gated Villa Del Sol community.
Villa Del Sol is located in a scenic residential area, approximately 8.5 miles from the Orlando International Airport and located near East Lake Toho, one of the area’s largest lakes. There is a Walmart Neighborhood Grocery store and Walgreens pharmacy within a short walking distance. Additional shopping centers, restaurants, and several golf courses are a quick 5 to 10 minutes away. Villa Del Sol is ideally situated near all the major attractions in Orlando and over 100 golf courses can be reached in less than 40 min drive, the two closest are only 7-9 minutes away. Just 10 minutes from Villa Del Sol is a leisure center offering Airboat Rides or fishing excursions on East Lake Toho. Cocoa Beach, a wonderful beach on the Atlantic coast (east) with distinct brown sugar sandy beaches, is only a 45-minute drive.
Approximately 8.5 miles from Orlando International Airport. MILEAGE TO WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT AREA IS APPROXIMATELY 21 MILES AND UNIVERSAL STUDIOS IS APPROXIMATELY 12 MILES.

Orlando Golf Trip

Our Family needed a property that was central to Golf courses for my Granddaughter and Universal studios for my Grandson. This property was fabulous. Plenty of room for all of us. We walked the neighbourhood 3 times a day with our service dog. It was excellent. We would definitely book this property again.

Wonderful home away from home

The house was modern and clean. Pool was a nice reprieve from the summer heat. Home air-conditioning was amazing. (I only add that because some rentals have a subpar hvac system, and a good a/c is everything when it comes to summers in Florida.) Nice quiet gated community. Communication with the property manager was top notch and prompt.

Nice Place

The house was a great home base for our weekend. Plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Kitchen and washer/dryer came in handy. Perhaps a little dated in some areas (bathrooms) but all the bases more than covered.

Very nice stay

Very nice stay, great communication and nice location for activities. The only thing I would of liked provided would be wash clothes to make clean up in kitchen and showering easier. Not a game changer but would of been nice. Family had a great time and would visit again.

Kissimmee/Lake Nona trip

Clean and a little dated (stove top). Close location to Lake Nona which reminds us of Austin’s Mueller district. And Walmart was close for our groceries. It would be nice to have a few boxes of Kleenex in the bathrooms.

Beautiful Property

My husband and I had such a great experience staying here. The property manager was so quick to respond to all of our questions and was extremely helpful. The home was immaculately clean and we had everything we needed. A quick 20 minute drive to the parks and hour ride to the beach. Thank you for the hospitality!

Family week

This property was very clean and enjoyable for us. We had our 2 grandchildren ages 6 & 3 stay with us along with our son and daughter-in-law. Misti the property manager was so responsive and top notch! We enjoyed being reasonably close to the different attraction . We enjoyed the family time in the pool! The three year old learned to swim! This was a fantastic stay!

Nice Property Accurate Listing

Spacious, clean property just as the listing describes. Close to the airport and was about a 30 min drive to Universal (with traffic). Pool was clean, we paid extra for the heat which we felt was worth it. Communication with property manager was excellent, they would respond within minutes of asking questions. Community was clean and well kept. We did find it was a bit of a drive (15-20 min or so depending on traffic) to get to decent sit down restaurants. Overall would recommend this property.

Great Getaway, Location and Space!

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the airport, which also brings some airplane noise. Spacious home. Loved the decor. Could use some updated blinds as a couple were broken and dirty. And we wish the Master shower was like the updated main one. We paid for the heater for the pool and that was worth it and wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy communication and quick response with owners. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Pleasant

The house was terrific, the heated pool was spectacular. I appreciated the maintenance man who showed up promptly to repair the heater. If I may offer a suggestion it would be nice to have a small table with chairs in the lanai area. I will definitely rebook this location again. Thanks very much for making our stay pleasant. Also let me say that the staff at VRBO and Titan homes did a spectacular job in communicating with us. Thanks you very much Paul Biggar

Great Get Away

I surprised my Valentine (hubby) with a short trip!. Flew in on Feb. 14, easy entry, great location...almost everything as represented in the VRBO website. Called the property manager a couple of times about minor things. Misty was great. We had paid extra to have the pool heated and there was no pool cover available, but the air temperature was high enough to keep the pool comfortable. Our son and his family live there, so they came over several times to swim, eat and enjoy the place. Be cautious of the entry to community, as it is an un-maned speaker, and usually they respond after you give address and/or name, but sometimes they just raise the arm to let you in, without saying anything. That happened to our son, who proceeded to enter when the arm lifted, and when they got under it, the arm came down and damaged their (new) vehicle. We called Misty, who put us in touch with the company that handles the security and they were understanding and said they would file a claim for son's vehicle. We would have extended our stay, but had to leave on 18th as they had someone checking in that afternoon. We have stayed in many condos and homes and this was extremely clean, roomy, and user friendly.
