The main attractions of this location are the beds to sleep comfortable, the large living room seating and balcony for all. You want to be in nature but you don't want to rough it.

Well worth the price for a large family or friends.

Sleeping
7 people can all sleep in beds. All 3 bedrooms have a queen bed. 1 bedroom also has a double in it which is great for parents wanting to sleep in same room as their child, or it's a great room just for the kids. Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are all provided. The cleaning ladies do a great job!!!

Living room
82 " TV for a night movie & large sectional couch that has seating for everyone! Couch also has two pull out sleeping trundles if needed to sleep on. The sectional sofa bed is 6 feet long
The couch sofa bed is 5 feet 7 inches.

Balcony
Large end unit balcony also has seating for all, very comfortably including bar height tables and chairs with Tiki umbrella.

Full kitchen provided.

This peaceful end unit beach front condo just on the bend coming into Long Point has an incredible lake view. The sky and water often change colours with the weather. A pretty good view of the sun setting in the evening.

I have a information booklet in the suite that shows directions how to get to the Hospital, walk-in clinic, local restaurants, etc.

Two of the bedrooms have en-suites, TV's and are lake front with great views, and large porcelain heated tile floors.

Overlooking the waves
The stay at Long Point Condo was luxuriously comfortable and relaxing. Sitting out on the balcony : morning, noon, and night was wonderful and was even possible when it was raining. It was a windy week and the sound of the waves all night was great. We self catered our meals and the kitchen was well equipped and finding a cupboard full of coffee for both types of coffee makers was very generous. The roof top terrace was fun to use and we saw some pretty multi- coloured sunset skies from there while enjoying dinner. The book regarding what is nearby that Chris made was well done and helpful.

We had a fabulous time. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo and is absolutely beautiful and very well equipped and Chris was very easy to get a hold of if needed. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend. The view is spectacular even in the winter.

Really enjoyed the property overall. The dryer hose wasn’t attached which was disappointing as it blew out inside. There was minor issues like the towel hanger in the bathroom was almost out of the wall, there was duct tape for some quick fixes etc but the place was very tastefully done with a generous abundance of comfy blankets & pillows! And we need the brand name of the sofas- they’re amazing!!

We went as family of 4. Was fabulous accommodations. Little disappointed with the beach access as the beach has washed away. We drove to beach access at long point provincial park. Beach was great just have to pack and drive Host was very responsive to all inquires. May look to return next year

Beautiful lake view condo to unwind and recharge
This three bedroom 3 bathroom fully equipped condo with double sized balcony on the second floor end corner unit overlooking Lake Erie is by far a 5 star rating. Owner is very responsive. They have thought of everything including washer and dryer and sand toys for kids. Cleanliness, ease of check in and check was such a breeze. Perfect setting to sit out on the balcony with coffee in the morning and wine at night. Beach is private across the street with lounge chairs provided. Would book this condo again in a heartbeat. Don’t miss out on this spectacular condo.

This was a beautiful place to stay with a gorgeous view of the beach. Chris was quick to respond and very helpful. We enjoyed having the private beach right across the street. We were a group of 9 people family and friends who spent the Christmas holidays in this property and we had a truly enjoyable stay and experience. The Property was well furnished with all the needed items for us. The Lake view from the property was really great. The Kitchen was well stocked and everything was available. The property was well maintained, clean and very comfortable for our group of 9 people with lots of blankets, comforters, Bath towels and toiletries. The Host was very kind and accommodative. Chris was available always to answer our queries. We will definitely come back.

End of Season Getaway
My husband and I booked our first trip to long Point, bicycles on back of the car, looking to explore a new park and shoreline. The weather did not cooperate but the condo accommodation was more than perfect! Gorgeous view both from the balcony and the interior, everything was pristine and clean, the kitchen was fully equipped , comfortable seating for relaxing, ensuite baths, comfortable seating for relaxing. We took lunch and breakfast meals with us and picked up take-out dinners in Port Rowan as everything on Long Point was closed for the season. Chris set a welcoming environment and was quick and responsive if we had a question. It was quiet and relaxing, just what we needed and more than we expected. Thank you Chris!

A lovely place!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is excellent: the beach is easily accessible across the road, the marsh is nearby, the Long Point Bird Observatory is down the road, and Port Rowan is just a short drive away. The check-in process was straightforward and Chris was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. The condo is clean, comfortable, and well appointed; Chris provides lots of kitchen essentials, linens and towels. One shower is currently being renovated but that’s not an issue because there are two other showers available. (Having three bathrooms is fabulous when you have a large group of people.) There’s ample seating indoors and on the spacious balcony. The rooftop patio is lovely, with lots of chairs and an excellent view of the lake. There is also a comfortable ground-level patio with firepit (shared by all residents). We had a great stay.

Why they chose this property

My mom grew up in this area. Long Point was her favourite place to live. Her family came to this beach from the 1950's and its where her Dad tried to teach her how to swim. Her high school friends spent weekends on the beach. I inherited it and I'm so fortunate.

What makes this property unique

It's a peaceful end unit. You will love the view of the lake and sand. The sky and water are often changing colour as storms come across the lake, and it's a beautiful view from the elevated balcony. You can watch most of the sunset. In the winter time the wind and snow coming off the lake is strong and plentiful and it's pretty awesome.
