Detached home with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms not far from downtown and all the amenities, a minute close by for a family to do more than a living.

Living room, the dining room, half bathroom, and lots of natural light. 3 bedrooms, a laundry room, 2 full bathrooms, and the master bedroom with a walk-in closet are all located on the top level. A half bath, large pantry.
The basement is a separate unit with private entrance by the side of the house, please do not access unless it’s an emergency.
