This fantastic family holiday home is set on a big block on a quiet street, just a two minute walk to the beach. It accommodates up to 6 guests in 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, and is fully equipped with everything you and your family could ever need to create magical memories together that will last a lifetime.
As you walk past the tall trees that surround the home and through the front door, you’ll naturally be drawn towards the spacious and well-equipped kitchen and dining room and into the light filled living area and sun room. This is the heart of the home and boasts impressively high wooden ceilings, very comfortable couches, a widescreen TV and a pot belly fireplace.
Imagine snuggling up in front of the fireplace, or basking in the warmth of the afternoon sun in the sun room, book in hand. Or maybe you are listening to the day’s adventures being retold amongst loved ones, fuelled by local cheese, dips and crackers, whilst dinner bubbles away on the stove top.
For those summer evenings, the north-facing outdoor entertaining area is the perfect spot for a family BBQ, and overlooks a large and fully enclosed garden area that is filled with natural plants and trees that are home to possums and a variety of birds.
Every bedroom has plenty of storage and comfortable beds. There are fans throughout all bedrooms and the master bedroom, located just off the entry, has its own ensuite.
The home is superbly located so that you can go to the beach, snorkel, windsurf or visit the local cafes, nearby golf course and many other attractions of the Margaret River region, just three hours’ drive south of Perth.
