Three bedroom house recently totally renovated, 2022, on a little over an acre. Complete privacy from other homes on a charming country lane. Steps to the ocean and a private beach. The house faces east for amazing sunrises.
In addition there is a small rentable cottage - brand new great queen size bed, coffee bar, shower bathroom and small sitting area. Extra charge for use but perfect if you bring a nanny, mother in law or have a teenager that wants their own privacy.

Our home is beautifully situation with a low bank access of the Pacific Ocean to explore.

Why they chose this property
The house provides comfort, privacy and a chance to unwind - even in the winter. We only enjoy a couple or snows at best and the views to the ocean with snow covered trees and beach front are stunning. A perfect place to retreat.
We also love dogs and children and welcome yours to come along with you (some restrictions).

Salt Spring Island (74 sq miles from tip to tip) is only accessible by ferry (1.5 hrs by ferry from Vancouver, or 30 min float plane. Also there are ferries from Vancouver Island (where Victoria is located).
We are an eclectic community of about 11,000 filled with interesting and friendly people, among which there are many artists in all mediums.
