House is at the end of a cul-de-sac which makes this an ideal location in a private rural setting surrounded by farm animals, native bush and birds.
Lukes Kitchen, Cafe and Kuaotunu Store are only a 4 minute stroll down the road.
Important things to note:
The Blue building seen in some photos is a separate annex that is not available for guest use and is not occupied. You have the property to yourself during your reservation.
Shampoos, Conditioners, Body Wash, Hand Soaps, Toilet Paper, Laundry detergent, Dish brush, Dish liquid, Dishwasher tabs etc are supplied for the duration of your stay. A starter amount of Cooking Oil, Tea and Coffee is on hand for when you arrive but you should bring your own if you will be staying longer or plan to do a lot of cooking.
I provide a fresh linen set every 7 nights so you won't have to do any laundry during your holiday, though there is a front loader washing machine and outside clothesline if needed.
Pets: I'm sorry, this property can not accept Pets as there are livestock nearby.
Children Under 12: This property is not suitable for children under 12 years due to stairs, large glass area and immediate unfenced proximity to farmland.
