The open plan kitchen, dining and living area feature panoramic views and with the bifold doors open join these areas to the outdoor deck, creating a spacious environment for holiday meals and entertaining indoors or out.
The kitchen comes complete with Dishwasher, Microwave, Electric Oven and 4 Burner Gas Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Kettle and all the normal kitchen utensils along with crockery and cutlery for up to 8 people. There is a large pantry and free cupboard spaces to stow away all your holiday treats and meal items.
The master bedroom is located off the upstairs living area. Fitted with a quality queen bed, a walk in wardrobe and it’s own ensuite with shower, toilet, heated towel rail and vanity. This bedroom also has its own ranch slider leading to the second deck with it’s own view of Kuaotunu Beach.
Downstairs the 2nd bedroom has a comfy queen bed, it’s own walk in wardrobe and shares access to the bathroom which has a shower, toilet, heated towel rail and separate vanity. It also has it’s own ranch slider leading out to the third deck.
Bedroom 3 features a Queen bed and has access to the shared bathroom with their own vanity. There is built in storage and shelving here as well.
The downstairs living area connects these two bedrooms together and features the Wall mounted 42″ Sony TV with Chromecast for streaming your favourite On Demand services. There is Freeview for the traditional entertainment choices and a DVD Player. The downstairs media arrangement provides seperation from the upstairs area. The third deck for a shaded outdoor sitting area is just through the ranch slider.
Fast Unlimited Wifi is available throughout the house care of the Starlink Internet connection with speeds of 100+Mbps. The main living room upstairs has the Onkyo Receiver with Airplay or Chromecast Audio Streaming, CD/USB Player, Sub Woofer and Wall mounted speakers so bring along your favourite CDs or MP3s on USB.
With the white sand of Kuaotunu West Beach just a few minutes walk away down the private walkway onto Cuvier Crescent you can leave the car parked up and spend your days by the sea and laze around on the white sandy beach. On your return rinse away the salt and sand under the private outdoor shower before entering the house to enjoy a summery dinner on the deck! Sit back, take in the view, relax and say Wow!

I provide a fresh linen set every 7 nights so you won't have to do any laundry during your holiday, though there is a front loader washing machine, tumble dryer and outside clothesline if needed..
Shampoos, Conditioners, Body Wash, Hand Soaps, Toilet Paper, Laundry detergent, Dish brush, Dish liquid, Dishwasher tabs etc are supplied for the duration of your stay. A starter amount of Cooking Oil, Tea and Coffee is on hand for when you arrive but you should bring your own if you will be staying longer or plan to do a lot of cooking.
Pets: I'm sorry, this property can not accept Pets as there are livestock nearby.
