This Kuaotunu Beachfront House features large double glazed ranch sliders off every room, opening out to the flat lawn with the beach directly in front of the house.
Designed around the central Open plan Kitchen, Living and Dining area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on a single level.
On the West end of the house is the Beach View bedroom with a Queen Bed, Wardrobe, Workspace and views directly out to the ocean through the double glazed ranch slider.
The Garden View bedroom has a King Bed, Wardrobe, Workspace and 2nd Desk with ranch slider looking out over the back lawn.
The separate main bathroom with Shower, Vanity and Front Loader Washing machine is shared between the Beach View and Garden View bedrooms.
A separate Toilet is next to this bathroom.
At the Eastern end of the house is the Patio View bedroom with 2 Queen Beds, Set of drawers, Ensuite with Shower, Toilet and Vanity and a double glazed ranch slider which opens directly on to the Patio with sea view beyond.
The kitchen at the centre of the house comes with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hotplates and extractor fan, wall oven, microwave and a large assortment of kitchen pots, bowls and utensils.
Unlimited Wifi is available throughout the house. Two of the bedrooms have built in desks which are ideal to place a laptop on if you need a quiet space to get some work done while the at the beach. The sound of the waves and birds singing in the background will have all your colleagues envious.
A 32" Wall mounted TV offers SKY TV, On Demand and has a Chromecast for streaming Netflix, Youtube, etc from your Smartphone without having to log-in on the TV. There is also a DVD Player with a few titles on the book shelf.
Access to the house is down a private entrance. The house is set back from the road. There is parking for 2-3 cars or 2 cars and 6m boat.
For those looking to get out on the water and do some fishing or diving there is a off road parking space for a boat. The Kuaotunu boat ramp is only 700m up the road.
Tennis courts, a children's playground and Football field are only 250m away.
Take a leisurely stroll along the concrete footpath and discover Luke's Kitchen, Kua Kawhe Cafe and the Kuaotunu Store with their famous hand rolled ice-creams.
Further afield there is Matarangi Beach & Otama Beach a 10 minute drive and Opito Bay, Whangapoua, New Chums, Coromandel Town and Whitianga about 20 minutes drive from the house.

Pets: I'm sorry, this property can not accept Pets.
Children Under 12: This property is not suitable for children under 12 years due to large glass windows and immediate unfenced proximity to the beach.
This property has a Minut environment monitor which monitors the temperature, humidity, smoke alarm activations and sound levels within the house.
Full Linen Package Supplied: All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and tea towels are provided for every reservation. The beds will be made up for your arrival so you can start your holiday straight away and not be worrying about what sheets and sizes to bring etc.
I provide a fresh linen set every 7 Night nights so you won't have to do any laundry during your holiday. A front loader washing machine and outside clothesline is available if needed.
Shampoos, Conditioners, Body Wash, Hand Soaps, Laundry detergent, Dish brushes, Dish liquid, Dishwasher tabs etc are supplied for the duration of your stay. A starter amount of Cooking Oil, Tea and Coffee is on hand for when you arrive but you should bring your own if you will be staying longer or plan to do a lot of cooking.
Early Check-in and Late Check out options are offered in the Guest Pre-Arrival check-in which is sent to you once you book your dates.
