The modern, open-floor-plan kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking must-haves featuring a gas cooktop on a granite island, stainless steel appliances, brand new stainless steel pots and pans, a crockpot, a coffee maker, lots of serving pieces.

The wraparound deck includes a new grill and a second dining table for summertime BBQs, as well as Adirondack chairs for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. On the main level, you’ll find the master suite complete with a king-sized bed, private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and private access to the deck. Upstairs are two more light-filled, quiet bedrooms, the first has a Queen sized bed and walk-in closet with private bathroom access. The second bedroom includes two full-sized beds and one twin trundle bed. All beds and mattresses in the house are brand new and extremely comfortable. Please respect that this home has been designed to be hypoallergenic and sadly we cannot allow pets of any kind.

A quick 15-minute stroll along the river trail brings you to Old Mill Shopping District where you can grab lunch, a manicure, or even a new bathing suit. Enjoy the nearby amenities of Mt.
