On the fourth floor of Ketch Court II, accessible by elevator, this villa features lovely stone flooring and a maritime color scheme. The living room houses a sleeper sofa, TV, DVD and treetop views of the ancient, moss-draped oaks outside, enjoyed from the private balcony.
With ceiling fan, the dining area seats six with plenty of elbow room to spare. Adjacent to the dining room is the fully appointed kitchen.
The master bedroom, with windows on two walls, welcomes plenty of natural light. The room offers a king-sized bed with subtly tropical covers, bead board furnishings, a TV, and serene oak views. Its private bath features a wide vanity with brushed bronze fixtures and pulls, a tiled shower and a wall-mounted blow dryer.
The second bedroom offers twin beds, oak views and a bathroom similar to the master suite except with a tiled tub/shower combination.
