The hot water (spa) is working when the pool heating is on. There is an extra and optional service charge for the pool heater. Pool heat is offered before your arrival because it takes 24 hours to get to the right temperature. Please request it when you sign your short-term rental agreement.

This Villa is also equipped with the usual items you will expect to find at home. Wi-Fi, cable TV, and table games will keep everyone occupied when you are around the villa. The pool and spa have the most amazing views in this community. The kitchen has all the cookware you need to cook meals (you will have to bring your own condiments, spices, and oils for health and safety reasons). A free washer and dryer are available in the villa for your use. All bed and bath linens are supplied. Every bedroom has a TV and the living room (first floor) and loft family room (second floor) have large TVs as well. A pack-and-play and highchair are available for those traveling with babies and more. Experience what this villa has to offer on your next family vacation. The Resort gated community also offers you many amenities such as a resort pool, lazy river, theater room, video arcade, restaurant, fitness center, tiki bar, and others, all of which are included when you rent.
