Exactly what you see. Great little place, quiet and everything you need. Easy to get to driving, and Molly even added a surprise decoration for wife’s birthday. Highly recommend this place if ever in Winnipeg. If ever there again, will definitely look it up to see if available
Suite was great only problem we had was grade of path beside the house to acess basement suite. Being old was abit difficult other than that stay was great
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. We appreciated its cleanliness, decor, amenities (especially the access to laundry!), and quiet neighbourhood.
The host, Molly, is quick to respond to any communication, and is kind and accommodating!
It is a basement, so naturally you will hear some noise from above, but it was never excessive and was never too late in the evening or too early in the morning.
Highly recommend staying here during your Winnipeg visit!
We needed a place to stay during the World Police and Fire Games 2023 in Winnipeg. The location is a modest place to stay and the owners are very friendly and helpful. All the interesting places in Winnipeg were reachable within 1 hour, even by public transport.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
When we had got there it was spotless, and felt very clean and cozy.
The communication with the property manager was even kinder and satisfactorily than you’d expect from a rented property. It had made us feel cared for and like our comfort of the stay was important to them at night and in the morning.
I am sure others will enjoy the stay as much as we did, Thank you again!
Location was great and check in was easy. Only odd thing was it sounded like someone was vacuuming and moving furniture when we were trying to go to bed.
Bright, clean, quiet, and nicely designed.
Place was was easy to find and check-in was straight forward. The space is nicely laid out, and because it was mine and my partners birthday, a thoughtful "Happy Birthday" banner was hung and much appreciated. The bed is comfy with an extra blanket was hidden in a closet just in case. The tv was having connection issues (with network), but wasn't a problem for us. Kitchen is well stocked with basic cookware. Bathroom has towels, shampoo, and bodywash just in case.
Overall 10/10, and will easily stay again!
It felt like staying at home. If I needed anything or had questions , she was quick to respond! The unit was clean, inviting, private and Safe! Great neighborhood with walking trails nearby! We can't wait to book again!

Host had great communication, the suite was very clean and modern. I did have a little trouble figuring out the keypad entry but once I got it, it was easy. Great neighborhood.
Everything was fantastic during our time at Molly’s suite. From the moment we arrived, every part of our time there was great. Having a framed welcome card with my name on it was an excellent touch to see upon our arrival.
Everything was brand new and the home was in an amazing location. We would happily stay there again on our next trip to Winnipeg. 👍🏻
