An interior set of winding, wood stairs lead you to a second-floor landing where you will enter the home’s living room. A perfect blend of classic and modern, the space has comfortable seating around a smart tv for your enjoyment while relaxing at home. Through the living room, an exterior door takes you to a second-story balcony overlooking Downtown’s famed skyline. Your Cincinnati experience can't get more iconic than having your morning coffee here.  

Back inside, make use of the industrially designed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious wooden countertops, and all the tools you’ll need to cook delicious meals at home. There is casual barstool seating for 2 in the kitchen, with more formal seating for 6 next door in the dining room.  

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between its 2 private bedrooms.  
Bedroom #1 is located on the main floor of the home and is furnished with a queen size bed.  
Bedroom #2 is the primary suite located upstairs. This loft style space is furnished with a queen size bed, from which you have direct views of Downtown Cincinnati. An ensuite bathroom is fully updated with gorgeous marble floors, a standing tub, and double vanity. Every detail has been thought of, from ample closet storage to a work-from-home set up tucked into a private, light-filled corner.

This is a second and third floor unit without an elevator. 
A shared bathroom with walk-in shower is located on the main level of the home.  
Parking for one vehicle in the parking lot is provided.
