This two storey four-bedroom family home is perfect for holidays by the river. Located in the popular Coorong Quays Marina Estate on Hindmarsh Island this two-storey home is positioned in a lovely quiet street with direct water access just outside the back gate. Sit under the pergola or walk across the lawned reserve and watch the bird life and sailing boats.
The Space:
Downstairs:
Is a large kitchen with fridge, microwave, Breville coffee bean machine, large pantry, gas cooking, chef’s oven, dishwasher and plenty of bench space. Located to the right is open plan dining with seating for 6. Across the rear and with glass doors to enjoy the fabulous views of the river is a family room with wall mounted TV, comfortable electric recliners and doors out to the undercover pergola with BBQ and outdoor setting.
There are 2 other areas for sitting and reading quietly or playing games or maybe doing a jigsaw or two. Plenty of room for friends or family to spread out.
Bedroom two has a queen bed and walk-in robe.
There is a 2-way bathroom with shower & toilet.
Laundry.
Ducted heating and cooling throughout the house.
An outdoor covered pergola houses the BBQ and outdoor table and chairs with glorious river views.
Large driveway for parking – the garage is not available for use.
The property is fenced and pets are negotiable.
