Incredible view from this Gulf Front one bedroom, one bath with close access to the pool / patio and just a few steps to the beach. This beach themed unit has an updated kitchen, bathroom and living room. Bedroom has one queen and one full bed. This first floor condo comes with 2 flat screen TV's and a fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker. The unit has a dedicated Wi-Fi connection. Building amenities include a large fully renovated patio pool deck, two gas grills, heated pool and coin operated laundry room on each floor. No smoking. No pets.
