Perfect Layout

House was very clean and as advertised! Really felt like we were on vacation when we were at the house. Great layout with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bath is HUGE! We slept 6 quite comfortably in this house. Pool area was very comfortable with full sun access somewhere for the entire day. 6 pool towels were available as were 6 beach chairs which we used at the pool because the pool lounge chairs were not comfortable and do not have cushions. The covered area of the back yard is a nice feature as well. The beds were extremely comfortable the pillows were just ok. The kitchen is not well stocked so expect to pick up solo cups as the few glasses available are indeed glass. I would also suggest a box of plastic silverware because the house maybe had 4 spoons. Also paper plates were a life saver for us. Oh and paper towels! There are only 2 kitchen towels and no kitchen wash cloths just a sponge. Pick up Salt & Pepper because there isn’t any at the house!! None of this is a deterrent rather a heads up for your first grocery stop. The Publix and Walmart are right around the corner. We really enjoyed the Lobster Lady (everyone of us had an amazing meal) the Veranda in Ft Myers and Izzy’s Oyster House and the Luciano’s Hot Honey Pizza was FANTASTIC classic NY style, so good! The management team was very responsive and we really appreciated the quick answers!

Great find for our last minute trip!

Our family of six adults had a booked a last minute trip to the Fort Myers area to take in some MLB spring trading games. This property was a great find! Very clean, very comfortable beds, in a quiet neighborhood. Booking and check in were totally easy. Would certainly stay again!

Nice house for family, clean, nice pool

Overall very good impression, we would stay again, very clean, comfortable. A lot of bonuses like baby crib, baby high chair, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, pool was clean (unheated, around 78-80 degrees), shampoos and soaps filled, coffee available, matresses very comfortable, toys for pool. Small things missing: a blind in the master bedroom (one window has light from neighbors directly pointing at master bedroom), laundry detergent, toilet paper, frying pans and kitchen knifes were all broken (couldn't cook eggs for breakfast), kids cutlery. Communication with house manager was very good, quick answers to our questions. Good location (walmart and other stores at 3 min drive) was convenient. Kids loved the pool and the bunk beds.

Great house

This house was perfect for the group we had. The beds were amazing! The only thing that would have made it better, would have been if the pool was heated as it was very cold.

Highly Recommended Property

Our family had an amazing stay at this property. It was extremely clean upon our arrival, check in was a breeze, and the hosts were extremely attentive and helpful! The pool and outdoor areas were wonderful and enjoyed by all. The home had so many upgraded features that really made it a pleasure, from an amazing master suite, remote controlled lights and fans, and an open floor plan to a security system with keypad entry and plenty to do within close proximity. I highly recommend staying at this property if you're visiting the area!

Beautiful home

The house is perfect for a nice getaway! Pool is great and the house was very clean! Beds were really comfortable with great pillows….it was nice to wake up and not have sore backs. The only thing I would say to improve is they didn’t replenish things like paper towels, garbage bags, all the bathroom soaps. So we had to ask for that and had to buy some normal items that are typically there. I just think it was an oversight because everything about the stay was great!

I can't say enough about this property! The owners put a lot of time, effort and money into renovating this property! Everything in the house was upgraded! Beautiful renovations! We look forward to staying here again when we return to the area!
