Welcome to Waterside Haven, Lake Conjola. Relax, wind down and enjoy good times.
Whether it is simply reclining with a good book, throwing in a fishing line, going for a paddle in the kayaks or cooking up the barbecue.. it's all possible from the sanctuary of your waterfront backyard.
Then there is the renown surf off Green Island; the beautiful bush walks, cycle trails and native wildlife; boutique shopping in historical Milton, and exceptional golf courses in Mollymook calling you!
This waterside property offers a lovely open plan living area leading out through timber bi-fold doors to covered outdoor dining. The front north facing deck is perfect for soaking up the warmth of the sun and the rear fenced yard hosts an array of enjoyment areas including a cabana and pontoon for fishing or yoga.
Please feel free to borrow the two fishing kayaks to try your luck or just go for a leisurely paddle!
