Welcome to The Village unit #524!! This charming 4 bedroom 3 bathroom condo is located off of 30A in the Village at Blue Mountain Beach. This wonderful neighborhood is situated on scenic 30A between Santa Rosa Beach and Blue Mountain Beach and offers guests access to its many amenities including the community pool, cabana, fitness center, and shuffleboard courts. Guests staying in this great unit will want to use the Blue Mountain Beach Regional Beach Access which is just a 5-minute bike ride, or a 3-minute golf cart ride down the road in the FREE golf cart included in your stay! This access offers restrooms for your convenience, and parking for those guests who don't want to enjoy the walk in the sunshine.

The Village is a gated condo community directly off of 30A with easy access to all the Blue Mountain Beach area has to offer. The condo is an open-concept layout so that everyone is able to enjoy their time together whether they are on dinner duty or relaxing in the family room! After dinner, make sure to head right around the corner to check out Blue Mountain Beach Creamery during your stay for some of the best ice cream on 30A!

Start your mornings off right with a cup of coffee on the peaceful covered patio and take advantage of getting to the beach access easily in the FREE 6-seater golf cart included in your rental, (requires signed waiver) or take a family bike ride down to the beach for our unbeatable sunsets! Had enough sand for one week? Hang out by the community pool, shuffleboards, or community picnic/grilling area. No matter what you prefer to do doing your vacation, this condo has something for everyone.

The condo was great! They made it super easy to check in and if we had any issues Kathy responded quickly. We had an issue with our golf cart but she was on it and even personally came by to check it out and bring us a new one. It was clean and very close to everything we needed! It made for an awesome weekend!

Fantastic Customer Service
We absolutely loved the condo and space for our family. If we had any questions, we could easily text a number and the response was almost immediate. This was our first time staying at 30A so we had a lot of questions. The gulf cart was nice to get to and from the beach. The only thing I would like to mention in my review is that the distance to the beach was a bit far for us. Parking (even a golf cart) could be a hassle at times when going to the beach. We prefer to be in a short walking distance to the beach. That being said, this was our fault for not checking out the parking situation and just getting to know the area a little better before we committed to a condo/house. Everything else was absolutely amazing and effortless.

Great Place and Community
The condo 524 is on the second floor. Easy to code entrance. Open floor plan. King suite bed is soft mattress and queen suite is a tad firmer. Balcony is awesome and quiet. You can occassiinally hear those in pool which you can almost see from deck. No one was loud during our stay. Upstairs king suite bed is much firmer. The queen bunks were soft. The entire condo was clean. No sand anywhere. Smelled great and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The golf cart was exceptional to have. Super easy to get around. Took us a minute to figure out why it wpuld come on one day even though it was charged and it has a reset button under second seat under battery just like under steering wheel. It had pool toys chairs and umbrellas not sure if left behind or condo use but came in handy since we were a chair or 2 short a person. Loved the gated community the walk to ice cream and coffee shops. All around wonderful place to stay.

Great vacay rental!
Overall this condo was great! It is a short golf cart ride to the beach and a few steps to the community pool. Golf cart was included and that made it easy to get around. The condo itself roomed 8 of us comfortably. The living room is cozy but we were not there to sit in the condo. Kitchen was well equipped as were the bathrooms. Beds were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Just Perfect!
We rented this place for a work trip in lieu of hotel rooms. The place was clean, updated, spacious, and very convenient. The kitchen was actually well equipped, which is hard to find when renting places like these more often than not. The location was hard to beat. Blue Mountain Beach is just east of the chaos that can be Seaside, Watercolor, and so on. And becaus eof that, it was a little quieter. And having restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors less than 100 yards away was wildly convenient. Loved the place and loved the experience. We'll book here again soon.

Excellent condo
The condo was great and exceeded our expectations. It was well stocked with beach gear such as chairs, toys, boogie boards and umbrellas, which was a bonus. The golf cart was a great feature, but definitely well worn. The tire went flat a few times due to a slow leak, but the property managers were quick to inflate it for us. They were on top of everything so i am sure they will get this fixed permanently very soon. Thanks!

Great place
We stayed almost a week at this property and were not disappointed. Only a couple of down points but not enough to deter us from having a great vacation! Cons: -I should’ve called about a ground floor villa. My MIL has a hard time walking and I didn’t realize we had a few flights of stairs. She managed though and it wasn’t a big deal but I should have called prior to booking so totally my fault. -The public beach access is always packed, but they all are/were. Pros: -The golf cart was amazing! We rode it every single day and made going to the beach so much easier. -Huge pool! The chairs are super nice as well. It becomes nicely shaded around 4 so after being at the beach it’s great to play in the pool. -Super close to all the hot spots. Food and shopping. Kiddos make it hard to wait but we were able to grab food to go and bring back easily. -Quiet neighborhood. There is a lot of traffic but it’s very low key and laid back. Everyone is so nice. -Beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and boogie boards are an added bonus. We used them for each beach trip and returned then as they were. -As a mom I love not having to strip beds. We headed out early morning so one less thing to worry about. -Communication line was great. I love being able to text and get an answer within minutes. We only had a single issue and it was resolved quickly. Thank you for offering such a great property for us to enjoy! We had a great time and are making plans to return in the future!
