Great cabin for relaxation and dogs.

Stayed to get away from everything with the dogs. Definitely want to come back during the summer months.

Lovely cabin with problematic neighbors

The cabin was lovely. It was comfortable and cosy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. We really appreciated the snacks and the nostalgic DVDs. I can see how a family would make very happy memories staying in this cabin.Unfortunately the neighbors were less than friendly. We had an incident where the neighbors were outside around our car with their guns on the night we arrived. The owner was very responsive and proactive but it left us feeling quite unsafe for the weekend. The neighbors played loud music outside and were shouting and banging during the night while we were trying to sleep. The confederate flag hanging from their window may make some feel unwelcome. It’s disappointing as otherwise we would have really enjoyed our weekend.

Nice cabin for a small group

Stay was good. Cabin was cute and clean. Not everything worked but was great for a short stay. Neighbors played their music pretty loud so if you are looking for a quiet getaway might not be for you, but for a few friends having fun it is perfect.

Cute and cozy

Pet friendly home. Kitchen fully equipped. Easy access from county road. Many trails close by. Ability to see Mount St Helen’s when weather is clear. Some roads still closed so we weren’t able to get real close. Very enjoyable area!

Perfect dog friendly Cabin for family

We were in town for a wedding and this cabin was great for my husband, adult son, teen son, 2 labs and Me! Trail up hill in back is a thigh burner but a great start to the morning. Dogs were happy roaming the fenced property. Cabin has everything you need although internet is spotty at times. C stores in Cougar have are stocked if you forgot something, only 1.5 mile away. Resort restaurant (Log Fir?) has EXCELLENT food. Burgers were delicious, chili cheese fries amazing and my husband had stew, which he loved. Highly recommend this vrbo if looking for a place to stay in the area.

Cozy Cabin

This place is cute! It has been updated and the interior is nice. When we arrived, it was clean and the heater had been turned on. There were more than enough kitchen tools to make our Thanksgiving feast! We enjoyed all the DVDs and the Wii. The couches are comfy. There is a large dining table that left room for puzzling on half while still having dinner space. It's a great place to disconnect and relax.I would say to dress for the weather in the late fall. Even with the heaters on it was a touch chilly. But there are plenty of blankets to bundle up in. We were sad that it wasn't a tad warmer to enjoy the porch and backyard fire pit. Our group did the hike up the hill behind the house and enjoyed the scenery. There is a sweet, friendly horse next door that said "Hi".

Great, could be a little cleaner

Very quiet and comfortable. Nice view of trees on the hillside out the back. Great kitchen and living room. The only reason I'm leaving four stars is that it could've been cleaner. The toilet had someone's hairs between the lid and tank. The floor had little pebbles, etc. The waste bin had something spilled on it. It wasn't gross, but it wasn't fully cleaned either. Otherwise, a pretty little place with a great location if you're going into that side of Mt St Helens, Ape Caves, etc.
