The house is completely newly furnished. The high-quality equipment, the pool and the canal with boat lift and direct connection to the river leave almost nothing to be desired to enjoy and relax on vacation

Amazing gulf-access canal home with 4 bedrooms (3 King and 1 Queen), 2 bath, located in the great SE Cape Coral area, close to Fort Myers, shopping, Del Prado, and much more! A large 3 car garage and pavered driveway greet you upon arrival. The kitchen features high quality stainless steel appliances, plenty of countertop space, a breakfast bar, and much more. The view from the living room reveals the gorgeous pool are and mature landscaping that surrounds the entirety of the house. Out by the oversized pavered pool area you'll find the gorgeous pool where you can watch the sunrise and enjoy cocktails after dark.

We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

Please read prior to booking:

To help you settle in and answer any questions you may have, we will be visiting you at the house the day after check in, between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. During this time, we will provide you with important information about the house. Based on our many years of experience, we kindly ask for your understanding that this appointment is mandatory.

Please note there is a security doorbell camera located at the front door.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 21 years old will be allowed to book a reservation.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, garbage bags are supplied, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.
