This spacious 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath single-family home is nestled on a quiet street in northern Holmes Beach and ready for the entire family! This well-appointed home features a screened in lanai, an open patio with a gas grill, fenced yard and updated kitchen. A full-size laundry room with washer and dryer. Poolside Palms will accommodate six people with a king size bed, a queen size bed, a set of twin beds in the third bedroom and two sleeper sofas in the living room. The updated kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make your favorite family meals.

Poolside Palms is a one month minimum.
Parking is limited to four cars.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Poolside Palms - Great vacation property in Holmes Beach
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved staying at Poolside Palms in Holmes Beach. White Ave Beach was awesome and a few blocks away and even better a golf cart to take us there and beach access had golf cart only parking. The private pool was awesome and very private surrounded by beautiful palm trees and plants. The outside speakers made it more enjoyable. The house is very well updated and very roomy. We enjoyed the outdoor grill and screen room when outside enjoying a beverage. The rental also has three nice bikes, corn hole and fishing rods. The bedrooms and baths were very nice and open layout awesome to entertain family. AMI is a great place to vacation and so much to do we never got to enjoy the large TV's in the house. The location and proximity to free trolley was awesome. The kitchen is loaded with equipment and also had supplies not expected.
