Great location an excellent hosts!

In Magog for a wedding nearby and this condo was perfect for our needs. Quiet, clean, and very convenient. Close to the lake and it even has a very tidy looking pool! Great hosts, easy check-in, what more do you want?

Horrible experience - une éxpérience terrible

ENGLISH BELOW Ils me manquent de mots pour décrire mon experience. Durant notre séjour, il y a eu un problème avec l'appartement. Nous avons contacté l'hôte qui n'a pas pu résoudre le problème durant notre séjour. L'hôte n'est pas local et a envoyé quelqu'un pour tenter de résoudre le problème vers la fin de notre séjour. Il ne nous a pas offert de rabais ou autre. De plus, il tente de nous charger des frais supplémentaires pour nettoyer le condo. Nous avons remis le condo en bon ordre - les planchers était balayés, les vidanges sorties, etc. Nous refusons de payer ces frais supplémentaires. Veuillez aussi noter que les matelas étaient tachés et assez dégoûtants. Veuilez aussi noter qu'il n'y a pas de door stopper, donc il faut se demander à qui la responsabilité si il y aurait un domage au mur... je vous recommende fortement de prendre des photos avant et après votre départ. l'hôte ne parle que anglais. Words are failing me to describe how horrible our experience was. There was an issue with our stay that massively impacted our comfort during the stay. The hosts are not local and did not send anyone to try to fix this until the end of our stay. Instead of offering us a discount, the host tried to charge us extra cleaning fee. We refuse to pay these fee, which we are refusing to pay. It seems like he tried it from the other review. Mattress is disgusting. Take pictures before and after in case you have to fight these charges.

Mauvaise foi

Une de nos fille est partie avec une clé je lui ai demandé de me donner l’adresse postale ( le propriétaire) 2 fois et il ne me l’a pas donné il a plutôt décidé de m’envoyer une facture par verbo de 60$ pour une clé il n’est pas question de payer alors que je lui ai demandé l’adresse pour la poster. Et refaire une petite clé ne coûte pas 60$ Aucune télé durant les 3 jours car la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas . Je lui ai écrit un courriel en arrivant et il ne m’a jamais appelé. On a manqué de papier toilette . Le lave vaisselle n’était pas vide j’avais déjà apporté de la vaisselle et des verres jetable . Il est resté un peu de vaisselle dans l’évier et il veut me facturer 120$ supplémentaires car il dit qu’on a laissé le logement en désordre , ce qui est fait il ne restait que quelques assiettes dans l’évier . La femme d’entretien est arrivée dans la porte avec 4 enfants . Ma jeune nièce a refermé la porte en disant que des enfants se trompait de logement il est de mauvaise foi Pas question de payer des suppléments . La vaisselle était très sale dans les tiroirs , vieilles serviettes , matelas encore avec des enveloppe de plastique et très durs. Je conteste il m’évite et ne reçoit plus mes courriels , il m’a téléphoné avec un numéro masqué . De plus les courriels qu’il m’adressait étaient tous en anglais je devais utiliser un traducteur pour comprendre

Beau condo proche du centre-ville de magog

Beau condo avec toutes les commodités, grande douche, cuisine, laveuse-secheuse, lave-vaisselle et 2 chambres. Salon pour 4 personnes assises et table pour 6. Attention au bruit, surtout avec le condo en dessous. Je recommande pleinement.
