I have had the privilege of serving people from all over the world - families, couples. friends and solo travellers. Please allow me to make my place your home away from home.

Greetings! My place is in a pedestrian friendly neighbourhood perfect for tourists or business professionals. So, kick back, relax in this quiet, secure, elegant 1 bedroom condo located in the heart of downtown within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants, entertainment & nightlife. For example, it’s only a 5 to 10-minute walk to the Calgary Tower. BMO Centre / Stampede grounds and to a number of super-markets. And only a 15 to 20-minute walk to the Telus Convention Centre, Stephan Avenue, 17th Avenue, the Devonian Gardens and City Hall. Also, my place is only 1.2 hours to Canmore; 1.5 hours to Banff, 1.2 hours to Nakiska & 1.6 hours to Sunshine.

My place includes 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and with all the essentials for a good night’s rest including hotel quality linens, bedding, mattress & blackout curtains. I also provide a sofa-bed in case you’d like separate beds or would like additional guests to sleep over. There is also a full bathroom, full kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker etc), and a cozy workspace (incl. free wifi and or ethernet, a monitor, keyboard & mouse). The Living Room includes 2 large comfy leather couches, a sofa-bed with double bed, a 58" Smart TV with Netflix, Prime and Roku included. As well there is an indoor sunroom & outdoor balcony patio space perfect for eating, relaxing or planning your itinerary.

I also provide free, secure, and heated underground parking within the premises. My rental is also within walking distance of the C-Train, Public Transit and Lime Scooters. However, Calgary's core and all it has to offer is within walking distance.

I provide a deep-clean and disinfect my rental before and after each of my guest's stays. This includes fresh clean linens and towels.

Great location Great hosts

This is a perfect location to attend the Stampede or just explore Calgary. Close to convenient public transit the apartment is very well equipped. Hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful.

Home Away from Home

I really enjoyed my stay here. Annette responded very quickly to all my questions prior to booking. Once I booked, she provided the details right away, and was so friendly! Check-in was smooth and she was very accomodating. The unit itself was clean, stocked with everything you may need, and there were some thoughtful touches, such as a treat basket. I loved that the condo felt like a home, not some professionally staged unit that gives you that empty feeling. The area itself was very convenient, with Shoppers only two blocks away. It's also close to lots of shopping and restaurants on 17th Avenue. I love to walk so that was great. The building was quiet, though I did have a run-in with a rude group of young people outside the front entrance, who were angry that I wouldn't open the door and let them in. They didn't have a key. The building residents are strict when it comes to letting strangers inside, due to security. Anyways, other than that, everyone in the building seemed polite and professionally oriented. I loved how detailed all the instructions were in the handbook they left for me. I had no problem doing my laundry in the buildings laundry room, or finding the garbage chute.Oh, and the shower is awesome! It gets really steamy in there, like a steam shower. I have joint issues, so it made me feel a lot better each morning. Thank you for the excellent stay!

I love this place because it’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood called Victoria Park (the Condominium is also quiet) with wonderful and respectful neighbors. My place sits just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Calgary but close enough to enjoy its benefits.
