Nice house great price

We had a great stay at the house. Cooking was easy since the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. The rooms were spacious and the living area was huge. It made it easy to lounge around after long days at the beach.

We stayed a weekend and the house was very nice! It accommodated us very well & was close to the beach. Although it rained during our stay, the house was very cozy.

Awesome Stay!

wonderful hom

We had a wonderful stay at this property, there were a few issues with the pool/hot tub at first but they did remedy the issues and we were able to enjoy the pool for the majority of our stay. The house was very roomy and worked very well for us.

Wonderful Getaway!

SPI Saturn Beach House is a perfect getaway destination. Plenty of amenities to keep guests entertained. Had the pool heated for an extra charge so we could swim during the chilly nights. Lots of outdoor sitting space & easy walk to the beach. Our contact was easy to reach for questions and promptly took care of our needs. I highly recommend this property!

Mostly Excellent

This property has many really positive features. The Good: location is terrific, just have to cross the street to get to the beach, from two different entry points. Can walk to several restaurants. The layout of the house is really nice and the interior furniture is in good shape ( though the kitchen table was sticky). The pool and hot tub- very nice to have, especially when it was chilly out, which it was for our trip. Worth paying for the heater for the pool! The hot tub was non-functional when we arrived; however, Lisa was great and it was repaired by noon the next day. The kitchen is very well equipped- much better than the usual rental. Lisa was amazing, and helped us organize getting groceries delivered in advance, as we arrived Christmas Day. The Not So Good. The place was not really as clean as we would have liked, or expected. It wasn't disgusting, but it wasn't super clean either. The house in general could use some attention- paint inside and out. The closets were unkempt and disordered, the garage was also a shambles, and there were no beach towels that we could find. The pool filter system was incredibly loud. I felt bad for the neighbors. It would have been helpful to have better instructions for the pool and the hot tub. All in all, a nice house, but it could be brought up to a better standard.

Excellent location

House was very clean and comfortable as shown in the pictures. It was a very quick walk like 1 min to the beach. We love all the entertain in the house and all the extra beach accessories it had. We were able to use their sand car to bring our towels, bad, umbrella and toys. There was an umbrella provided by the house so convenient. The management response was very quick and friendly. The hot tub was a great plus for us because the weather got cold but it didn’t ruin our vacation we still had the hot tub ;) I will definetly come back. Thank you

SPI July vacation

We enjoyed staying at this property. Had a group of 11 and there was plenty of room. AC works great, kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Great having access to the garage which housed beach essentials. Easy walk to a fantastic beach. Good restaurant and souvenir stores an easy walk down the street. Cons: we didn’t feel like the house had been cleaned well at all. Some of the beds weren’t made up completely with sheets. Two towels per bathroom was a little skimpy but we made it work. The pool is heated and the heater was ON in JULY. Water was super warm and not fun for swimming. The hot tub was cooler. Overall a good experience but when we are paying a cleaning fee I’d sure expect to stay in really well-cleaned home. When we pay for a house with a pool I’d expect the pool to be inviting for swimming.

Wonderful Vacation!

We stayed at this property and it was great! The king size bed was so comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer especially to dry our wet swimsuits before we left. The pool is awesome! The water temp was perfect to swim day and night. The hot tub was my son’s favorite along with the ping pong table. That provided hours of entertainment. We had a rental car so we stopped at the Walmart in Port Isabel to grocery shop before getting there. There is an IGA on the island and a Dollar General at the end of the street that had a large selection of drinks, food, toiletries, etc. We ate dinner at Senor Donkeys about 2 blocks away and it had great Mexican food. The beach is less than a block away and super flat with hard sand for walking. We also rented a golf cart for the day and went around sight seeing on the main strip. Sea Turtles Inc was a fun way to spend an hour or so Seeing the rehabilitated turtles. The location was perfect and we would definitely go back. Thanks for being a great host!

Overall ok stay - description said toiletries were included. They weren't. Pool was unusable the entire stay. They finally got the hot tub clean by the last day so we couldn't use it either.

Very comfortable and homey! 3 couples in our group...so 3 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms was perfect for privacy and comfort. The house was clean, well stocked (except we couldn't find the beach towels), and had plenty of space to gather. Location was perfect...1 block from the beach!

Best Rental Experience Ever!

You will not go wrong with this rental. Great location, clean, spacious, short walk to the beach, and everything you need for a day at the beach. The spa is awesome! My family and I have been renting on SPI for 12 years. This was our favorite. We will be back! Thanks Michael

This is our 2nd stay at this property. We enjoyed it just as much this time as the first time. The house is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool and spa are great. The location is very close to the beach so very easy to take our things by foot. The set up is nice as well. Each room has its own bathroom and the bathroom downstairs by the garage is very nice when coming in from pool or beach. Highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for for a family vacation. We had small children and adults. Everything we needed was there from beach chairs, sand toys, high chair, packs and play, towels, great kitchen, and pool perfect for kids. We really never even left the house and we stayed a week!

Wonderful Stay

We had a lovely time and enjoyed this home. The owners allowed us to check in early as we had flown from east coast! The outside pool and garage area were fabulous and such a fun “hangout” area. Location of the home is without a doubt fabulous. Had a great time and highly recommend this property!

The house is even more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures !! Everything was wonderful! The pool was a daily delight as was the hot tub and beach. Beach is super close walk. We had a wonderful week of vacation!! So relaxing!!

Perfect for family vacation!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was even better than the photos! Very clean and taken care of! It is in a great location to get to everything on the island (including the beach!) There was plenty of space for all 11 of us to enjoy the house without it feeling crowded. The table tennis, bikes, pool, hot tub and beach toys/chairs were a hit with the kids (and adults too!) Our host, Ashley, was extremely responsive and wonderful. We had a blast & would definitely stay again in the future!

Perfect Family Friendly Home

This house was perfect for our large, extended family. The pool, hot tub, living area and garage provided endless entertainment for everyone during our four night stay. The proximity to the beach and the beach goodies provided made the beach even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for all the things we needed to access on the island. Book This House!!!!

We had an amazing time in SPI and this house was the highlight! We had 6 adults and 6 kids 10 yrs. and under and it was a great place that fit us all under one roof! The pool and hot tub were daily entertainment for all of us. As adults, we were able to actual relax because the kids were having such a good time playing together in the pool. Anazing beach access and a garage full of pool and beach necessities. I would highly recommend!
