Situated in pristine farmland near the fishing village of Rhyll with spectacular water views and all that Phillip Island has to offer at your doorstep.
You can even enjoy a pleasant walk to the local winery just a few doors up the road!
Pleasant Point cottage is exclusively available for 2 adults with parking for 1 vehicle.

The space
The Cottage is light-filled and spacious with designer fixtures and fittings - think retro meets seaside kind of vibe.
The outside patio has an electric grill BBQ and a bar table and stools for an early morning cuppa or a glass of wine perhaps - in the afternoon, of course!

The kitchenette includes dishwasher, fridge, kettle and Nespresso machine, toaster and all the cutlery and crockery you may need during your stay.
Sit by the window in the Featherstone chairs and gaze out to sea through the floor-to-ceiling windows or watch the latest show on the 55" Samsung QLED TV with 5G Wifi access.

A good night's sleep is important, so please enjoy the spacious master suite with comfy QS bed, Actil hotel range bed linen and comfy pillows.
Pamper yourself with Apotheke toiletries and enjoy quality towelling in your private ensuite with separate toilet, vanity and shower rooms.

Pleasant Point cottage is for you to enjoy exclusively during your stay and although we offer you total privacy we are on hand should you need any assistance.


Other things to note

Safety:
Guests are not permitted access to the clifftop or farm dam for safety reasons.
The clifftop can be unstable and as also forms part of the Churchill Island Marine Reserve.
The farm dam and lovely water feature is home to an array of water birds that you can see coming and going all day, some very melodic frogs may serenade you of an evening.

Beautiful mini honeymoon stay
We had an amazing time, relaxing and rejuvenating after a very hectic time in the lead up to our wedding. It was as advertised, clean and tastefully decorated and it had the essentials for bathroom and kitchen. The cabin was a good distance from shops and other attractions in Phillip Island.

My husband and I stayed here over a long weekend, we really enjoyed the location of this property as it was isolated away from everything else, the serenity appealed to us. The views are also very nice. The house itself was also very nice, with a lot of attention paid to detail. It had everything we needed. We both would recommend this property and would stay here again. The reason for our getaway was due to some tragedy we have recently experienced so we needed some time to process and to clear our minds, this property is ideal for that.

Overal best place I've stayed at.
I've stayed at plenty of places around Victoria, Australia and abroad and this place is definitely my #1 despite only staying one night! Location is perfect, beautiful views and scenery, not to mention plenty of wildlife. Every inch of the house was squeaky clean and my partner and I were very surprised by the abundance of cooking utensils and general everyday amenities. Mark was super easy to communicate with and made us feel so welcome. Perfect place for a couple's getaway, I could not recommend this place enough!
