This beautiful new build features four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas and two decks and of course the electric heated pool. With room too spread out there is a space for everyone. The stunning kitchen and main living opens up to a large north facing deck, featuring an outdoor kitchen, large dining table and umbrella for those stunning summer days.
The front yard is fully fenced and also features a trampoline.
Moving to the backyard where you are sure to be spending summer days in the heated pool. This beautifully designed backyard is centred around the 5 x 3m electric heated pool, with kids in mind this fantastic area has a cubby house, grassed area and an outdoor shower.
Moving back inside the rear living room has a large couch, TV and kids toys to keep the little ones entertained. The home features hydronic heating for those cooler nights.
