This recently renovated 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom duplex is located in the Benchlands area of Whistler, close to the base of Blackcomb Mountain where you can start your day off by hopping on the free shuttle, which stops right outside this complex and is just a quick ride away from the gondolas. At the end of the day there is ski in access straight to the complex, steps from your door.
Common Space
Enter into a spacious entryway with a large closet where you can store all of your ski gear. Head up a few stairs to the living, dining and kitchen area featuring high, vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. Off of the living room is a large patio and there is another patio with a barbeque off the dining room. You will also find a full bath with a standing shower on this floor. EV chargers available in parkade
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedding: Primary Bedroom: King, 2nd: Bunk (double over double), 3rd: Queen, 4th: Queen, Additional Bedding: Twin Daybed
Upstairs you will find a landing with a twin day bed, up a few more stairs is your primary bedroom with a california king bed, walk in closet and luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring a free standing bathtub and oversized shower.
On the lower level of this home is the 2nd bedroom featuring a bunk bed (double over double), TV area with couch and gaming systems. There is a jack and jill bathroom with a shower that leads you into the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed. The 4th bedroom features a queen murphy bed, TV and patio with a private hot tub. Also on the lower level you will find another full bathroom with standing shower and in suite washer and dryer.
Please note, a 1-night deposit is due at time of booking. This is refundable until 60 days prior to arrival.
The balance of the 50% deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. These payments are non-refundable once processed.
For credit card payments, a 3.5% processing fee is automatically applied to all payments.
