Entry level from the street consists of Master bed with ensuite, kitchen dining, lounge, study / lounge, and an additional bathroom for this top level.

Lower level hosts a kitchenette, small living area, additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus entry to the lower-level covered verandah where you can enjoy a drink under the stars and panoramic views over the ocean.

This property has strict noise and party restrictions and does not accept weddings, hens, bucks or schoolies. Please also note that no date transfers or refunds due to covid or bad weather.
