Guests have access to the entire upper level suite and separate backyard. Please do not use the gate at the side of the house to enter or exit the property.

Outside yard is fully fenced for privacy and equipped with a bistro table set and wood burning fire pit exclusively for guests to use while relaxing outside and creating quality family time.

The house is next to Heritage LRT station and just 5 minutes drive to CF Chinook Centre, Safeway, Co-op, Save-On, London Drugs, Walmart.
