Three Birds House has been styled with warmth and comfort. Enjoy the spacious house with soft luxurious towels and warm cosy beds fitted with bamboo sheets and electric blankets in the colder months.

Share stories, enjoy a drink and a barbeque in the private patio out the back or relax on the front verandah and watch the world go by. The children can run free in the backyard and enjoy the garden.

Get comfortable on the lounge and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. Play an entertaining board games, connect to the free wifi, read a book or watch the telly.

The kitchen is complete with a coffee machine and all the essentials should you wish to dine in. The kitchen is stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the fridge. You will also find some complimentary treats to enjoy with your cuppa.

The bathroom has all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, a hair dryer and toilet paper.

Should you wish to do some laundry, the cottage is equipped with a washing machine (including liquid capsules), dryer, iron and ironing board.

Parking is available in the carport, driveway and on the street.

Great Christmas Escape

Lovely town, plenty to do. Great food at local Irish pub. The house and garden were very nice. Very clean house. Beautiful garden with lovely tree's and roses. Loved it.

Great stay

Nice spacious house, comfy beds, and was well cleaned. In a quiet area but it is a way away from the main drag (too far to walk). Handy having a full laundry too. We enjoyed our stay and would happily book again.

Charming cottage

We had a lovely 2 day stay. It was extremely clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable and linens were lovely. Right across the road from the Golf Club which have a excellent restaurant

Great clean place, handy spot, but a little noisy

This was a great house, but for 1 thing it was on a pretty busy road, noisy in the morning from 5,45 and in the afternoon till 10. Front bedroom got most of the noise so we slept in the back room, much better. It needed double glazed windows on the front two facing the road, would make it less noisy. We were only there too nights so we put up with it, property had a great sitting area at the back and all was well kept. Had all we needed for a great stay and across the road was the golf course, for a nice view

Lovely accommodation

Loved our stay at the 3 bird house. It was well presented, clean with lots space. There's a lovely garden at the back to sit out and relax. Margaret was a great host and we would stay there again if ever in Mudgee again.

A lovely house for 2 couples and a newborn. There was plenty of room to spread out and convenience having a second toilet. The garden was very picturesque too

Relaxing weekened away

Three Birds House is a lovely property for a weekend away. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. Its around a 2 minute drive from town. Host was friendly and easy to reach. We would stay here again.

Perfect place for weekend gateways!

We really loved staying at this place. It was clean and warm. Especially the fireplace made the place even more cozy and warm. The lists of Margaret’s favourite places were spot on! We had tried a few places of those recommendations and wished we had more time to try them all! Communication with Margaret was excellent. The process of check-in and out were breezy. Great location too! It is highly recommended! 👍

Loved our stay. Great for our golfing weekend with the course just across the road.

Margaret was great to communicate with, and was able to offer us earlier check in. The property is very comfortable and spacious. Nicely decorated. Lovely soft towels. Well equipped kitchen. Entry to the golf course is a short walk across the street. The Mudgee Golf club has a very nice Chinese restaurant.
