About this property

Lovely 4th floor contemporary one bedroom efficiency condo # 4470 with a full size refrigerator, sectional sofa sleeper, and king size bed. This special condo with the larger refrigerator that makes a perfect getaway where you can prepare all of your meals. You will find a nice balcony overlooking the Continental Divide along with the sectional to cozy up and relax while watching movies. The location is at the end of the hallway for a peaceful experience and only one floor up from the amenity deck access at Founders Pointe.

HOT TUB CLOSURE. Closed Summer 2024 for Construction.

Please be aware, the Fraser Crossing Founders Pointe amenity decks with access to grills and hot tubs will be closed for construction from April 28 - November 1, 2024.
Parking note:

Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned parking.
