These are separate, but neighboring apartments. Although they don’t connect internally, the entrances are adjacent to each other. Each unit has its own living space, kitchen, and bathroom.

The Space:
LOCATION: Habitat Brickell by Roami is central to all the things you want to do in Miami! Explore the Financial District and take a stroll into Brickell City Center to experience some of Miami's best shopping and dining, or hop over to South Beach, just 10 minutes away by car. The choice is yours!

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BATHROOMS: All 5 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: All 3 kitchens are fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property has an on-site gym and outdoor pool.

PARKING: Daily parking with in and out $35.00 plus 15% tax= $40.25. Monthly parking is $350.00 plus 15% tax=$402.50. Street parking is also available on a first come, first serve basis. Please be advised to pay parking in advance.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps), and TVs equipped with basic cable. High chairs, stair gates, and 1 pack-n-play crib, are provided upon request.

This is a pet-friendly property; first pet: 150.00 USD plus tax, second pet: Additional 250.00 USD plus tax. A total of 400.00 USD plus tax is to be collected if you will bring 2 pets regardless of size or breed.

Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in.

Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property.
