These are two separate, side-by-side 2-bedroom apartments. Although they don’t connect internally, the entrances are adjacent to each other. Each unit has its own living space and kitchen.

The Space:
LOCATION: Grove27 by Roami makes the perfect home base for exploring Miami and each unit is complete with all the conveniences of home. This fantastic gateway to Miami is only a 10 minute drive from Coconut Grove and the Miracle Mile, and 20 minutes away from South Beach.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

APARTMENT: The two separate apartment sleeps 12 guests in a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

BATHROOM: All 4 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hairdryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: Both kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

PARKING: Available paid onsite parking ($10 per night).

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 12 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.
